This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to a Walmart.com web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server. This does not cover normal wear, misuse or abuse. All replacement parts and repairs have a full 90 day warranty. RETURN POLICY Any item you want to return, you must first call and get a RETURN GOODS AUTHOIZRATION NUMBER. Without an authorization number no parts will be accepted. All returns will be charged 15% restocking charge and must be in new condition. No open packages will be accepted for return. Any defective part must also get an AUTHOIZATION NUMBER to be retuned. Once returned it will be replaced at no charge to customer after the part has been checked for defect.
